Bring your boat! There is plenty of room in the backyard for your boat and trailer, and 3 ramps less than a mile away. You can get to the barrier island much quicker by boat (5 minutes on the boat vs 25 minutes driving).

Water's Edge - WATERFRONT! Right on the Barnegat Bay, huge outdoor deck, arrive by boat, bike, or by car, live music daily in the summer, good bar food outside, and excellent fine dining inside.

Anchor Inn - WALKABLE! Awesome little place with great thin crust bar pies, good steaks and seafood, and plenty of other good food. A Bar/Restaurant with character.

Toms River Park and Ride bus station is a 13 minute drive (5.6 miles).

**** EASY COMMUTE FROM NYC ****

From Port Authority in NYC, simply hop on NJ Transit bus 319 or 137 for a nonstop, direct trip to Toms River Park and Ride in about an hour and 35 minutes for about $20. You can UBER, LYFT, etc. or cabs are there waiting for a 10 minute drive to the house.

🏖️ Ocean Gate Beach Badges

The Borough of Ocean Gate requires beach badges to be worn and visible at all times for anyone age 12+ while using public beaches and piers. Guests without a badge will be asked to leave until one is obtained. Please return all provided badges at checkout to avoid replacement fees.

💦 Splash Pad Info (June 15 – Labor Day)

Open daily 11:00am–4:30pm for children ages 3–11.

• Splash pad pass required for children

• Beach badge required for supervising adults

• Children must be accompanied by an adult

🚗 Parking Decals

Seasonal parking decals are required May 15 – September 15.

🐾 Pet Policy

Pets welcome for $200 per pet 🐶

• Must be house-trained

• Please keep pets off furniture (bring covers if needed)

• $50 minimum charge per accident or excessive hair cleanup

Traveling with little ones? A crib is available upon request.

🎉 Events

Gatherings with more than 10 people are considered case-by-case and start at a minimum of 2x the nightly rate for the event day.

The home is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels, temperature, and motion to help ensure a pleasant stay and respect for neighbors. It does not record sound.
